Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and refunds and/or credits*, will only by honoured up until the withdraw date on the registered session. You will be charged $30 per session skated and the Skate Canada fee is non-refundable.
After such date, cancellations and refunds/credits*, will only be honoured due to an injury and only after being off for 6 consecutive weeks with a doctors note. You will be required to pay for your days skated, and the 6 weeks of missed skating, at a rate of $30/session, and all payments made up to the date of cancellation will be subtracted from the total. You will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100. The Skate Canada fee will be non-refundable. Volunteer and fundraising fees will only be returned if you have completed your requirements.
*Credits will be applied to members account to be used at next registration.
Sponsorship Program
We are looking for local sponsors to help assist with:
CanSkate equipment and materials (rental skates, helmets, badges, ribbons, fun day materials, etc.)
StarSkate equipment and materials (rental skates, awards, team events)
Provincial level athlete grant's (Grants for each category a skater qualifies for in the Provincial Championships)
